I recently listed an urban home in Toronto. The house had significant energy efficiency improvements including Solar Domestic Hot Water and Solar Photo Voltaic Panels. Further the PV system had a FIT (Feed-in Tariff) contract guaranteeing 80.02 cents per KWh. While listing the property I was genuinely surprised at the diversity of understanding and appreciation of value perceived by both agents and potential buyers.
