Enrique Penolosa Complete Streets

Former mayor of Bogota discusses social justice issues in the public space. The disparity of privelege between pedestreians, cyclists, drivers and other public space users.

"Out in the Public Space We are Equals... Cities are designed by and for adults with cars... if we designed cities for children and the elderly it will most likely be good for everybody else."

I believe that strong and healthy communities are places where people can live and work without spending too much time and money in cars.
