The Toronto Atmospheric Fund has developed the TowerWise program to help Condo Boards to make better decisions about conserving capital resources by creating efficiencies. This in turn can free capital for condo building improvements, which increases value, and savings can relate to lower condo fees which makes your building more desirable to the marketplace.
